Staged Mandatory Reduction and Drought Surcharges re Water Contingency Plan:
" Cal Water requests Commission approval to modify its Rule 14.Cal Water requests Commission approval to add Schedule 14.1, which contains the Staged Mandatory Reductions and Drought Surcharges associated with its Water Shortage Contingency Plan. This filing is consistent with Resolution W-5034, adopted by the Commission on April 9, 2015, ordering compliance with requirements of the State Water Resources Control Board.
