The Palos Verdes Peninsula Public Safety Committee (PPSC) consists of two council members from the Peninsula Cities including Palos Verdes Estates, Rolling Hills Estates, Rancho Palos Verdes, and Rolling Hills.   The PPSC meets quarterly to discuss collaborative efforts on ensuring Peninsula-wide emergency preparedness and public safety.  Peninsula cities staff members, and representatives from PVEPD, and Los Angeles County Fire and Sheriff's departments also participate in PPSC meetings.

The meetings are open to the public.

Meetings

  • Second Thursday in February, May, August, and November, unless re-scheduled by mutual agreement

  • 7:30 a.m., immediately preceding the Regional Contract Law Committee meeting
