- Inspections: For a next day inspection, please call (310) 791-8400 by 4 PM and an inspector will perform the requested inspection on the following working day. On the day of your scheduled inspection, you may call City Hall at (310) 378-0383 after 9 AM and the receptionist may give you an approximate window of time for your inspection.

Staff requests that all applications be submitted electronically. Payment may be made by:
- Mailing a check to City Hall (340 Palos Verdes Drive West, PVE, CA 90274, ATTN: Permitting)
- Dropping off a check into the door of City Hall
- Setting an appointment with Permitting staff (email above) to pay in person
