The Organizational Work Plan is reviewed by the City Council for purposes of providing policy direction for implementation by the City Manager. All City resources and staffing are directed by the City Manager toward the major policy goals, objectives and actions identified in the Organizational Work Plan. Department work plans are updated to reflect new projects, priorities and initiatives.  Periodic amendments to the department work plans and Organizational Work Plan are made and reviewed during the annual budget adoption and mid-year review of the budget.
