Palos Verdes Estates Finance Advisory Committee Vice-Chair Mark Young described the state of the City’s finances at the June 12, 2018 City Council meeting. This short video explains how the City is operating a balanced budget, producing surpluses and appropriately drawing down to fund capital expenditures. We hope this clears up any misconceptions about the current state of the City budget.
