APPROVAL OF AGENDA

COMMUNICATIONS FROM PUBLIC Members of the audience are invited to address the Commission at this time on items that are not otherwise on the agenda. Per the California Government Code Section 54954.2, the Planning Commission is prohibited from discussing or taking immediate action on any item not on the agenda unless it can be demonstrated that the item is of an emergency nature, or the need to take action arose subsequent to the posting of the agenda.

This portion of the agenda is reserved for comments from the public on items which are NOT on the agenda. Due to State law, no action can be taken by the Planning Commission on matters presented under this section. If the Commission determines action is warranted, the item may be referred to staff or placed on a future Commission agenda.

NEW PUBLIC HEARING(S)

2. CUP-001-24; Conditional Use Permit (CUP) application for amendments to CUP-87-3 for The Neighborhood Church at 415 Paseo Del Mar. Lot s 3-7, Block 1500, Tract 6886. This project is exempt from CEQA pursuant to California Administrative Code Title 14, Chapter 3, Section 15301 (Class 1).

Applicant: The Neighborhood Church, 415 Paseo Del Mar, Palos Verdes Estates, CA 90274

Owner: The Neighborhood Church

Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. PCR-2024-027 to approve the project as conditioned if the findings can be made. ITEMS OF INFORMATION
