CONSIDERATION OF IT ENVIRONMENT UPGRADES Recommendation: Authorize upgrades to the City’s information technology system, including but not limited to server upgrades, associated labor costs, and related monthly fees. Further approve and authorize the City’s IT company, Forum Info Tech, to perform the work, and permit the City manager to execute all necessary agreements related to such work. APPROVE AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES BETWEEN THE CITY OF PALOS VERDES ESTATES AND JANA FRAZIER CONSULTING. Recommendation: That the City Council authorize the Mayor to sign the Amendment to the Contract for Professional Services between the City of Palos Verdes Estates and Jana Frazier Consulting in order to increase the not-to-exceed amount from $25,000 to $50,000.
