RECEIVE AND FILE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE MONTH ENDING NOVEMBER 30, 2023.
Recommendation:Staff recommends the City Council receive and file financial statements for the month ending November 30, 2023. |

APPROVE FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES BETWEEN THE CITY OF PALOS VERDES ESTATES AND MV CHENG & ASSOCIATES TO PROVIDE STAFFING FOR THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2023-2024.
Recommendation: That the City Council authorize the City Manager to sign the First Amendment to the Contract for Professional Services between the City of Palos Verdes Estates and MV Cheng & Associates in order to: (1) Extend the term of the agreement by two years to June 30, 2025; and (2) For Fiscal Year 2023-2024, increase the not-to-exceed amount from $70,000 to $97,000. |

APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH FORUM INFO TECH INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES.
Recommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council approve Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement with Forum Info Tech for Information Technology services. |

PARKLANDS COMMITTEE ACTION MINUTES OF THE NOVEMBER 9, 2023 MEETING.
Recommendation: That the City Council approve the Parklands Committee Action Minutes of the November 9, 2023 Meeting. |

APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE AGREEMENT WITH BENNETT LANDSCAPING TO UPDATE THE NOTICE DEADLINE TO RENEW THE AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTVE THE AMENDED AGREEMENT.
Recommendation: That the City Council authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement with Bennett Landscape revising the deadline for the contract renewal. |

REPORT ON THE FINANCE ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING OF DECEMBER 20, 2023 ON THE GENERAL FUND LONG RANGE FORECAST.
Recommendation: Receive and file a report on the Finance Advisory Committee meeting held on December 20, 2023, on the General Fund Long Range Forecast. |

Recommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council approve the Mayor’s proposed City Council committee assignments. |

REVISED PROPOSED CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEAR 2023-2024 THROUGH FISCAL YEAR 2027-2028.
Recommendation: That the City Council consider the revised proposed Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2023-2024 through FY 2027-2028 and provide direction to staff. |

ADOPT REVISED FY 23-24 BUDGET
Recommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution R24-01 approving and adopting the Fiscal Year 2023-24 Budget. |

Recommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council review the proposed organizational chart, version 2, and provide directions to staff. |

Recommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council review the analysis provided by NBS on revenue modeling and direct staff to conduct polling |

Recommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council review the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 City Council Work Plan and identify the top five priorities for the current fiscal year. |
