NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mayor has called a special meeting of the City Council. The meeting 
will be called to order at 4:15 PM on Tuesday, October 10, 2023, 2023. The agenda for the special 
meeting with the items of business to be transacted or discussed is set forth below.

At the conclusion of the closed session, the Council may continue any item listed on the closed 
session agenda to the open session agenda for discussion or to take formal action as it may deem 
appropriate.
