COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC Members of the audience are invited to address the Committee at this time on items that are not otherwise on the agenda. Per the California Government Code Section 54954.2, the Traffic Safety Committee is prohibited from discussing or taking immediate action on any item not on the agenda unless it can be demonstrated that the item is of an emergency nature, or the need to take action arose subsequent to the posting of the agenda.
NEW BUSINESS
1. CONSIDER THE REQUEST FOR PARKING RESTRICTION ON NAVAJO PLACE
Recommendation: That the Traffic Safety Committee consider the request for parking restrictions on one side of Navajo Place from Via La Selva to the beginning of the “circle” (approximately 520 feet northeast of Via La Selva) and provide direction to staff. CHAIR AND COMMITTEE MEMBER REPORTS This portion of the agenda is reserved for the Chair and Committee Members to provide comments, reports on community activities, subcommittees, and propose topics to be calendared on a future Traffic Safety Committee agenda.
