1.	CONSIDER AND APPROVE AMENDMENTS TO EXISTING AGREEMENTS FOR LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES WITH TRAVERS TREE SERVICE, AMERICAN ARBOR CARE, AND FINLEY’S TREE AND LANDCARE, INC. Recommendation: That the City Council:

1.	Approve the following Amendments to the existing agreements for landscape maintenance services for the right-of-way locations along Palos Verdes Drive North and the median and right-of-way locations along Palos Verdes Drive West:

a.	Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement with Travers Tree Service increasing the contract amount by $23,000 to a total contract amount of $48,000 for the right-of-way locations along Palos Verdes Drive North; and

b.	Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement with American Arbor Care increasing the contract amount by $47,000 to a total contract amount of $72,000 for the median and right-of-way locations along Palos Verdes Drive West.

Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement with Finley’s Tree and Landcare, Inc. (Finley’s) increasing the contract amount by $83,000 to a total contract amount of $203,000 for landscape maintenance services to be provided at locations off Palos Verdes Drive West and Palos Verdes Drive North, at parks and plazas throughout the City taking priority.
