The Finance Advisory Committee welcomes and encourages public participation at the Finance Advisory Committee meetings; however, to allow for the orderly progression of business, each person wishing to comment or make a presentation shall be limited to three (3) minutes or as specified by the Chairperson. Anyone wishing to address the Finance Advisory Committee is requested to fill out a speakers card available at the end of each row in the Chambers. The card permits the City to identify persons for purposes of Finance Advisory Committee minutes preparation.
The Finance Advisory Committee, at the direction of the Chairperson with concurrence of the Committee, may modify the order of items shown on the agenda. Note: Agenda topics may be continued to future Committee meetings.
