10. CONSIDER ADOPTING A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INTERIM CITY MANAGER TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION FOR THE “CALIFORNIA CLIMATE INVESTMENTS WILDFIRE PREVENTION GRANTS PROGRAM

11. CONSIDERATION OF REQUEST FOR INCREASE IN PALOS VERDES GOLF CLUB CAPITAL BUDGET FOR PALOS VERDES RECYCLED WATER PIPELINE PROJECT
Recommendation: Approve the increase in the Palos Verdes Golf Club Capital Budget for the Palos Verdes Recycled Water Pipeline Project in the amount of $200,000 |
NEW BUSINESS
12. RECEIVE A REPORT FROM THE CITY’S INDEPENDENT AUDITOR AND RECEIVE AND FILE THE ANNUAL COMPREHENSIVE FINANCIAL REPORT AND AUDITOR COMMUNICATIONS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2022.
Recommendation: Receive and file the City’s Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) and accompanying Audit Reports for the period ending June 30, 2022. |
13. RECEIVE AND FILE A PRESENTATION FROM THE DIRECTOR OF CITY SUPPORT SERVICES REGARDING MID-YEAR (TO JANUARY 31, 2023) BUDGET ASSESSMENT; ADOPTION OF A PROPOSED RESOLUTION APPROVING THE BUDGET TRANSFERS WHICH EXCEED $10,000 AND RECEIVE AND FILE A REPORT ON CITY MANAGER APPROVED BUDGET TRANSFERS WHICH DO NOT EXCEED $10,000 FOR FISCAL YEAR 2022-23.
Recommendation: (1) receive and file the Mid-Year Budget Assessment, (2) adopt a proposed resolution approving budget transfers which exceed $10,000, and (3) receive and file Attachment C which reports City Manager approved budget transfers that do not exceed $10,000. |
