Comments received by NOON on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 will be forwarded to the Committee Members and posted online as late correspondence. All correspondence submitted electronically via email will be provided to the legislative body but will not be read aloud at the meeting.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE DURING THE MEETING: Members of the public are encouraged to participate under COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC or on any item of interest on the Agenda. To allow for the orderly progression of business, each person wishing to comment or make a presentation shall be limited to up to three (3) minutes. Anyone wishing to address the Committee is requested to fill out a speaker's card available at the entry of the meeting room. The card permits the City to identify persons for purposes of Committee minute preparation. When called upon to speak, please state your name for the record. All speakers will receive 3 minutes to speak during public comment or on the item indicated.
