CONSIDERATION OF (1) APPROVAL OF PROPOSED AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO CITY OF PALOS VERDES ESTATES AGREEMENT WITH CSG CONSULTANTS, INC FOR HOUSING ELEMENT UPDATE SERVICES IN AN AMOUNT OF $49,765 FOR A TOTAL REVISED NOT TO EXCEED AGREEMENT AMOUNT OF $154,350; (2) ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION 22-XX ESTABLISHING THE BUDGETARY AUTHORITY FOR CONTRACT AMENDMENT NO. 1 Recommendation: Execute Amendment No. 1 in an amount not to exceed $49,765 between the City of Palos Verdes Estates and CSG Consultants, Inc. to address the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) comment letter, dated April 12, 2022 and obtain HCD certification of the City of Palos Verdes Estates 6th Cycle (2021-2029) adopted Housing Element Update.
