The City Council welcomes and encourages public participation at the Council meetings. This meeting will be held via videoconference only in order to reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19 and pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Orders N-25-20 and N-29-20 and the County of Los Angeles Public Health Officer’s Safer at Home Order (revised March 21, 2020). All votes taken during this teleconference meeting will be by roll call vote, and the vote will be publicly reported.

Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council receive and file the revised Palos Verdes Peninsula Enhanced Watershed Management Program which shall be submitted to the Los Angeles Regional Water Quality Control Board (Regional Board) by the regulatory deadline of June 30, 2021. |

ADOPTION OF PROPOSED RESOLUTION R21-24 APPROVING THE ACCEPTANCE OF AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT FUNDING IN THE AGGREGATE AMOUNT OF $3,175,184
Recommendation: Staff recommends the City Council adopt proposed Resolution R21-24 which approves the acceptance of American Rescue Plan Act funding from the United States Federal Government in the estimated aggregate amount of $3,175,184. |

APPROVAL OF A ONE-YEAR CONTRACT WITH THE BLACK KNIGHT PATROL, LLC FOR TRAFFIC CONTROL SERVICES FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $50,000.00
Recommendation: Staff recommends the City Council approve a one-year contract with Black Knight Patrol, LLC for traffic control services from July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022 for an amount not to exceed $50,000. |

ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION R21-25 AUTHORIZING THE APPROVAL OF “FY 2021-2022 ROAD REPAIR AND ACCOUNTABILITY ACT OF 2017 (SENATE BILL 1)” PROPOSED PROJECT LIST
Recommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt proposed Resolution R21-25 approving the “2021-2022 Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017 (Senate Bill 1)” Proposed Project List for the City of Palos Verdes Estates and authorizing the City’s Public Works Director to submit the Project List and supporting documentation to the California Transportation Commission (CTC) by July 1, 2021. |
